Samar Chamoun
Topography engineer and geospatial specialist with over three decades of experience in cadastral systems, land development, and regulatory frameworks.
In 2004, his dissertation “Le Système Cadastral au Liban – Essai d’Amélioration” earned him the IDPE (Ingénieur Diplômé par l’État) from CNAM Paris.
As Founder & Chairman of GEOBIM, he oversees strategic direction and provides expert guidance in building codes, road regulations, land subdivision, and expropriation matters.
